Real Estate Auctions
Most of her belongings were not appropriate for auction. However, Mr. Rossi recommended someone to help with removal, and possible purchase, of the rest of her belongings, set up the appointment with the other gentleman, and introduced me to him.
Mr. Rossi was very helpful, and explained what he felt he would be able to sell at auction, and why other items weren't appropriate. Althought the items haven't gone to auction yet (it will be sometime in Sept.), Mr. Rossi gave me a list of the items he took, told me where the auction will be held, and will send me a notice about the auction approximately one week in advance so that I can be there for it.
Mr. Rossi (he prefers to be called Joe) is a bit of a character, talkative, and can be quite entertaining with some of his stories about previous auctions and appraisals. He was friendly, concerned, and helpful.
