I found this provider on Angie's List. Since he resided in Agawam and had gotten a favorable review I called. The owner called me back(I'd left a message) , was very polite and professional. He surmized what he thought was wrong, gave me a quote, and came over the very same day. Fortunately, he had the necessary part and was able to complete the job.
When my husband came home he was thrilled, the TV picture was as good as new. We'd certainly use Easterntronics again.

The experience was quite good. They were upfront about their flat service charge of $140.00. They called with the cost of the part and gave me the option to back out. Their final bill was exactly as quoted.
