I needed two dry wells installed in my back yard to address drainage problems where downspouts emptied underground. Chris returned my call promptly. Estimate was provided in less than a week, and the price quoted was competitive with other providers. When I contacted him to schedule the work, he said it would be take place within 2-3 weeks, and was performed in just about 2 weeks, perhaps a little less.
Chris and his crew arrived when expected, and took care to perform the excavation work without damaging underground sprinkler and electrical lines, and also to preserve the turf to reduce the need for re-seeding. The crew worked efficiently and got the work completed, with cleanup, in less than two hours.
Friendly staff, they were all professional and didn't waste time. My neighbors on both side now want patios and after seeing their work are calling them too. I was very impressed and and very happy.
