Overall, we were pleased with this provider's services. He was always here when he said he'd be and did a good job doing what we asked him to do. The spring cleanup and mulching is a relatively simple task, so there wasn't lots of input from us that was required, but we were pleased with his quality of work.
The only negatives we saw were that he didn't do a written estimate, which is slightly less professional than some of his competitors, and he underestimated the amount of mulch required by a small amount, so we paid just a tiny bit more than his initial quote (not substantially so, so we think it was honest mistake and not take me for a ride kind of thing). All in all not a big deal, but worth noting since professionalism is the one category where he didn't quite get the A.
Boiling it down though, we were very comfortable with the work he did and will have him back in the near future to do more work. Definitely recommended.
