Customer service was awful. I had all the paper work and they could see it in the system.
They kept insisting that I needed to get a Bill with the words "final" printed on it. Even though they could see that they had been holding our credit for 4 months.
I finally reached someone in the finance dept and told them I was going to report.
I told them this seemed like a way to make money on the interest they would earn on the thousands of people who switch providers each year.

They are not excellent. We only have two choices and the competition is worse. One problem is that they will combine our internet and cable but not our cell phone. I will continue with them until something else better comes along, until them we are stuck.
