 + -1 moreCustomer service was awful. I had all the paper work and they could see it in the system. They kept insisting that I needed to get a Bill with the words "final" printed on it. Even though they could see that they had been holding our credit for 4 months. I finally reached someone in the finance dept and told them I was going to report. I told them this seemed like a way to make money on the interest they would earn on the thousands of people who switch providers each year.
Description of Work: Took 2 weeks to send a box for returning items. This excluded the 4 weeks we had to get items back to them without incurring a $600 charge. Refused to give us our credit balance for 4 months as they said that a final Bill had not been issued. Even though the service was disconnected for 4 months prior.

 + 0 moreThey are not excellent. We only have two choices and the competition is worse. One problem is that they will combine our internet and cable but not our cell phone. I will continue with them until something else better comes along, until them we are stuck.
