Stage Rightfor Home Staging

This sole proprietor worked with my real estate agent who recommended her, and provided a couple of hours of staging services, and then coordinated rental of furniture, and direct rental of various household items.  The initial work was adequate, though not impressive.  The woman is quite overweight, and moving and staging items was physically difficult for her.  The billing and follow up were very unprofessional and rude.  First, she only sent invoices by email which ended up in my junk mail folder.  Second she provided no electronic payment methods, nor did she send printed invoices or envelopes to assist in making payments.  After sending a second invoice, since the first had not been seen due to it being caught in the spam filter, and having one phone conversation while I was traveling (which was pleasant, but which I forgot to follow up on when I returned home) she called and left a rude and threatening voice-mail on my personal cell phone on a Sunday morning, demanding that I personally deliver a check to her home that morning, and making statements that I found to be inappropriate and objectionable (including threatening to take actions that would complicate or prevent the buyers from closing on my home).  When I sent her a check, and an email informing her of that fact, and objecting to her rude voicemail, she continued her diatribe by sending rude and unprofessional emails that included personal attacks.  She also said that further invoices would be coming, and changed her terms from net30 to due upon receipt (though she clearly did not understand the concept of net30 being 30 days after invoicing, not after performing the services).  She also demanded immediate return of her rental items.  This woman acted in a very unprofessional manner, and was quite unpleasant to deal with.  I would not use her again, and would not recommend her work to anyone.
