Quick appointment next day, took in rug, it was hand washed and ready to pick up a week later. Owner was friendly, knowledgeable & professional.

About two weeks later, I was notified the rugs were complete and ready for pick-up. When I received the rugs after cleaning, they were georgious! The colors were bright and they were soft, not stiff as you would think after cleaning. I am so very pleased and would recommend Silk Road and will use them again. I also purchased rug pads.
