Recently had repairs done on my vehicle. The service was excellent and they were very responsive to all my concerns and questions about what was going on with my vehicle. Sal is great and the two women in the office were excellent! Recommending to everyone I know to go here!

I've taken my old beaters to Sal many times and he's always kept me rolling, provided sound advice and kept in touch well about progress and options. He helped me transition off of one dying car by letting me know it wasn't worth putting more money into out and he fixed it just enough so that as to buy me time to get something new.

The person who was plowing my driveway in year's past had left the area and didn't notify us so we didn't know until he didn't show up on the 1st snowstorm. It was very hard to find anyone to even return my call. When I finally got in touch with Sal's they had no problem showing up for a snowstorm the very next day. They did a great job (best job I had in living here 10 years) and tries to minimize the number of plows needed in a given storm as your schedule permits (the charge is for each time visited rather than the amount of snow). My driveway is very steep and long so this price is very reasonable. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Sal as of yet but Sal and the staff I spoke to were all very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

they got me a sticker.....cheap ($100)...engine lite was on....somehow they managed to get it off long enough for sticker.....took them 2 days cause they were backed up/short-staffed....owner was very nice/helpful so I over looked that

it went very well. they know when they need to plow based on the weather forecast. if it`ll be warm and there`s not a lot of snow, they are not going to plow and charge. which I think it great because they charge by how many times they come. I will definitely recommend them to my friend and will hire again if I need.

They towed the car from our driveway, fixed it in time. Sal is very responsive and lets you know if the repairs will go above the estimate. Works with your auto insurance to save you the pain.

Overall Sal's has done a really good job keeping our fairly long and wide driveway (a few hundred square feet) clear of snow during this record-setting winter. They also came with a lifter of some sort to move the gigantic snow piles further away from the edges of the driveway than could be done with a plow, once they got so high that the plow couldn't handle it anymore. They did a much better job than the company we used for the previous 2 or 3 winters (which obviously had much, much less snowfall than this winter), especially in getting as close as possible to the garage doors, so we had less of a snow berm to clear after they plowed. My only complaint is that I'd love to find a snow plow provider who gets out of the truck and shovels the snow berm for us, so we don't have to do that at 6:15am in order to leave for work.

Excellently. Sal and Bill are honest and hard working. I have visited Sal with my car for about 4 years now. The car was ready when promised and the tires had been changed and balanced. Sal had given me a discount, so the bill was less than I expected. Sal also stores my winter and summer tires which is a huge help to not have to move them to his shop every time. Sal and Bill have done excellent work on my car and they will order genuine parts for the car (a Volvo). If the job needs the dealer, They will tell me and not try to do the work and make a mess of the job. HIGHLY recommend this provider

I have used Sal's Auto for about 4 years now and he has always looked after my interest. His pricing is always fair and he will hand over an invoice which details all the work done clearly. I dropped the car off at the garage the evening before. The tires were swapped out and Sal/Billl looks after the snow tires for me until I swap them again in November. They balanced the tires. There was a puncture in one of the tires, that I remembered was there when we took the tires off last year. The hole was filled. After about three days the tire pressure light came on, so I took the car to Sal's the next day. They spent about an hour on the tire and could not locate a problem, however they did find a small piece of a bush in the rim. The tire was pumped up and they asked me to keep an eye on the the pressure. The tire has been good since - no problem! They did not charge me for their time to see what was wrong.
Sal uses original manufacturer parts and he will tell me if he is not comfortable performing the work, ie I had a leaking differential on my 2005 Volvo XC70 and Sal said he had not worked on one, so he did not want to make a costly error. It is great to meet someone who is willing to admit their limitations and be fair to me rather than take the money, do the work and then have a failure which means you have to go to the dealer to have it repaired.
