Purchased a newly built home in 2015 along with a brand new driveway of course. Initially I happened to notice the new asphalt surface would break up a little on extremely hot days when turning the car wheels. Found Mike on Angie's list and asked him the question. He took the time to answer and confirmed it was normal and not much you can do about it. I remembered that interchange and contacted Mike this year 2020 to perform a brush-on seal coat. As I expected it came out excellent. Mike actually performed the work with his team on a 90 degree day. They took extra time to work fill material into cracks along the edges and at the base where the driveway meets the street. I will be recontacting Mike to perform follow on coatings in the years to come. Great experience. Mike is the guy if you need your driveway sealed. Thanks for the read.

Great job. I called in August - other companies were no longer scheduling. Mike got me in quickly and did a great job. It was very rainy that week, so he came back to do some clean up afterward. Great team!

Mike Callahan was terrific. He replied quickly and completely to all communications via email or text. There were many postponements because of rain, but in each case he made sure I knew what was happening and each time I was able to select the most convenient day for reschedule. He came with a crew of two, did what was expected, and left the area completely clean and protected. The driveway looks great. The pricing was straightforward based on the area of the driveway. He provided a written estimate promptly and helped me decide upon two possible methods of doing the job. I really appreciated that.

I indicated I shared a driveway with a neighbor and the quote was clearly written to indicate the costs for my parking area, the shared drive and the neighbors area. The work was done very neatly. Both my neighbor and I had newly installed pavers next to the driveway and coating was applied up to but not on the pavers. Very nicely done. The cracks in the drive were also very nicely sealed prior to sealing the drive.

My driveway was only a few years old and in good condition, and I want to seal coat it to prolong its longevity. I emailed several companies, and Mike was very responsive and patient in answering all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and obviously very experienced in his work, and I really appreciated that he was willing to share information and tips. I have a fairly long driveway, but the crew of 3 (including Mike) worked meticulously and finished everything in a few hours. The results are better than I have expected, and the driveway still looks fantastic after 1 year. I believe in high quality material and high quality work, and Mike and his crew deliver on all fronts and really showed that they care about the work and their customers. I definitely recommend them.

North American Sealcoating Impressive quality and attention to detail. Would definitely re-hire again. Mike & his team today seal-coated our asphalt (private) common drive plus 3 connecting residences’ driveways. They first completed an impressively high-degree of prepping the surface (edging, blowing off all debris) followed by a thorough filling of cracks with hot rubber, and finishing with spraying on the sealcoat very evenly. Mike & his team were extremely careful not to spray on the lawns, sidewalks, and other adjacent surfaces. And, at job’s end, they completely removed all equipment and accessories. We selected Mike’s Acton, MA-based “North American Sealcoat” based on strong, positive reviews on Angies List. And, I’m now glad to add our review ….. as they completed our driveways in a very timely and high-quality manner. Westford, MA

Michael provided a prompt estimate and offered options for sprayed or hand brushed application, as well for hot rubber crack repair. I went with his recommendations and am very pleased with the results. Its clear that he and his team have an attention to detail and want to do the job right.

They did a really nice job because right after they did it we had some torrential rain. It washed some of the black topping off. I called and they came right back out the next day and reapplied it. I was very happy with it. This was probably the 2nd time we have had them come out.

Could not have gone better. Mike called me back within an hour of my initial call and then came out later the same day for an estimate. The job was done within a few days. Mike and his team were unbelievably attentive to details and the prep work they did amazed me. (Not unlike house painting the true value of the job lies in the prep work.) If you are like me in being extremely fussy about work done on your property then Mike is the guy for you. Cannot recommend him enough.

Excellent. Looks like I've a new driveway. Mike reached out as soon as I initiated contact requesting for a quote and provided with options. I opted the hand brushed application which was time consuming and laborious on my driveway. Mike and his crew did an impeccable job. The driveway looks amazing. There was some confusion with sealcoating the driveway. But, Mike made sure to come back and complete the seal coating of the drive way too. Hard to find contractors who stick to their words. Mike is a rare find in this line of business. Don't need to shop around going forward for sealcoating in the future. Will be calling Mike directly.

He filled the gap between my driveway and garage and smoothed the junction of the driveway and the street. He then applied the sealcoat by hand and did a beautiful job on the entire driveway, including the edges, which are lined with landscaping plants. It looks great and is smooth and even. In addition, he was responsive to my phone calls and handled himself very professionally. The pricing was fair for the work done and the attention to detail. I would happily recommend him.

Work went perfectly. Mike and team showed up on time and did a great job. I had them seal all the cracks, and sealcoat using brush instead of spray. I had a lot of spider cracks and hand brush is best way to deal with those. Mike's prices are very reasonable and he is a great person to do business with. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Mike is fantastic. I submitted a request to North American Sealcoat late Sunday evening, I received a quote on Monday and the work was completed on Tuesday. I chose the hand brushed application and crack sealer. It would have been slightly cheaper to spray but Mike recommended hand brushed for better penetration. I paid the same amount a few years ago to a different company for a spray only application. I am very happy with the work and will certainly call Mike in 2-3 years to do it again. Can't go wrong, highly recommend Mike and his crew for your seal coating.
