Hauling
Nightmare. Terrible service, unreliable, and zero customer service. After struggling through terrible service I finally decided to call around and find a different company. I notified Mr. Trashman that I was discontinuing service and I received no response which is typical of their horrific service. Weeks later I received a voicemail to make my trash bins accessible for pick up. I put them at the curb for my last PAID FOR pick up day. When I arrived home, my trash was thrown all over my lawn and the bins were gone. Not surprisingly, he did collect the recyclables which just shows how low brow the company really is. I called back the number and Patrick tried to say that the bins had to be empty and he “placed” the contents on my lawn. Not true. Needless to say, he is in the appropriate profession.
