It was raining a lot when the new owners of the house called Mr. Lee to tell him a lot of water was coming in the house. He came out and evaluated the situation and told the new owner that he needed to patch it. The new owner asked to see his license and insurance. He refused because this person did not hire him. Then I asked him to either show me the information or show the new owner. He still refused. The new owner wants me to pay for the damage and I am looking to Lee Construction to uphold their work. He is not taking my calls. I have an attorney.
