Our experience with Kistler and Knapp Builders has been outstanding. We interviewed many contractors before remodeling our home in Westborough, MA and hired KKB because of the special care taken and interest given by them to our home from day one of the interview process. Throughout the eight-month total renovation/addition of our home, they worked tirelessly to bring our ideas and plans to life, working through every detail to ensure that the construction was the highest quality possible, and that the design was both functional and beautiful. They are master communicators and as such kept us updated daily as to the status of our project. They went the extra mile to solve all kinds of technical problems so as to give us everything we wanted (a truly custom house).  Their attention to our budget was as meticulous as to our home and they took great care to make us aware of our options at each step in the process.  In the end we were left with not only a beautiful home, but also great memories of how they made us partners in creating it.  We will always be grateful to their crew and will continue to use them for our home maintenance needs and for any future building projects. I don't see how anyone could go wrong hiring this company. Absolutely the best.
