Karen did an excellent job in helping me. She really listened to my home requirements and wants and presented homes that met the criteria. Once I found the right home, she was very thorough and worked extremely well with all parties involved (seller's agent, mortgage lender, attorney, town, etc.). While I plan to stay put for at least a few years, I definitely would use Karen again and will refer her to anyone who is moving to the Acton area.
