Jim, who came to give us a quote, was both punctual and professional. The estimated total number of required hours to complete the entire job was on the high side. The moving team (Tyler and Alex plus one) arrived both days on time ready to go. Throughout the move, they were courteous, professional and extremely efficient. Because of this, the total time taken ended up being less than the original estimate. We are very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely hire them again.

I was waiting there for a half an hour and they did not show up, they did not give me any reason. They were a half an hour late, and they did not explain. They said that was normal, that is it. When they count the time they count with the starting time where I reserved it in. The guys are nice and they moved the stuff. After that I could not find some screws in a bag they moved. I think as a professional they should be able to fix the screws. Now a few pieces of my furniture can not be put back because something is missing. I do not think they took it away it is just in a place where it shouldn't be. I could not find them.

It was okay. It was just fine. I used them 2 times. The first time I was quite satisfied. The second time it was okay. They just moved things around the house. They were on time, and they worked very time efficient.

It wasn’t as good as I would have liked. They came, but didn’t take half of our stuff. I’m not quite sure why. My husband was there when they were moving us and so forth. So, I had to hire someone else to finish the job. The price was comparable with other people.

They showed up fast and moved the dressers in with zero issues.

He was professional. His price was reasonable given the number of stops and the number of boxes he had to move. Everything was very coordinated. He was recommended to us by a friend.

First Jim came over to our apartment and storage unit to see exactly what would be moved. He then sent us a quote. On the day of the move, a crew of 4 showed up on time. In addition to the truck we were expecting they brought a smaller truck along just in case they needed more room. They worked hard and did not take a break until the trucks were fully loaded. They then drove from Waltham to Holliston and unloaded both trucks. They were very nice and made sure every box and piece of furniture was delivered to the right room in our new house. They did not break anything or cause any damage in the house. They worked for 8.5 hours. They worked for longer then what the estimate had banked for as we asked them to move more boxes then originally planned. The final price was within 5% of the estimate. We would use them again any day.

Palmer moved the contents of my 2-bedroom 2nd floor apartment to a 2-bedroom house across town. I had boxed everything myself. The initial estimate was high (~$900) but the move took two hours less than their estimate and the final cost was $667 (including tips for the two movers).

They were not the lowest estimate but they made me very comfortable that they could handle our move and my stress. They sure did!

They were right on time, worked efficiently even though they were being paid by the hour, and were extremely helpful to me. Nice people, I'd definitely use them again.
