+ -1 moreWe closed on the condo in late January and are just now moving in this June. Our travel and work schedule dictated most of this delay, but the renovations did add a bit more. We replaced wall-to-wall in three rooms with hardwood floors, overhauled two bathrooms, and prepped another bedroom for a future en suite bath. All the work was top rate (and I am a perfectionist). The final result was well worth the wait.
Description of Work: This is the third time over the past 20+ years we've gone to Jeff Brown, and we've been very pleased with the result every time. He did a major renovation to our old (1864) and large house in Concord Center. He redid a porch about ten years ago. And he is now completing renovations to a condo we're moving into. Jeff is a skilled carpenter/cabinet maker himself, but as important he has rounded up a collection of the best subcontractors in the area -- for plumbing, electrical, tile, etc. Highly recommended.
