Their workmanship is good, not great. They replaced bumpers and hood on my car. The paint matching is terrific but the seams of the mating pieces are not flush or consistent. I don't have bodywork experience, so am not sure if this is a realistic expectation.
They handled all the insurance logistics without any intervention from me. This was a positive.
They don't seem to have an urgency about the repairs. I was told my car would be finished on a Monday. Then when I called on the following Tuesday they said "Thursday or Friday at the latest". In fact, I had to push and they returned my car on Saturday with lingering defects that required another visit (and day off work from me). This visit was supposed to take a few hours but in fact took all day.
They are not proactive with communications - I had to phone and chase them. They would benefit from a shop project manager/administrative assistant who was primarily tasked with interfacing proactively, truthfully and cheerfully with customers.
When I went to pick my car up the final time, I witnessed two other customers complaining to management about the same issue s- feeling lack of urgency, feeling they were getting more story than service...
They are a fine option if your rental is covered by insurance and you are not urgent to get your vehicle back quickly. You must call them, they don't initiate lines of status communication.
Their parting comment was "come back for the life of the car if you have issues with our work, we'll make you whole". That I appreciated.
