Joe had worked for me for years at my previous home and I knew him to be trustworthy and responsive. He thoroughly investigated the system and helped me understand what the problems were, before replacing part of the system. He clearly is an expert when it comes to irrigation systems, and he really cares. I would hire him again.

Joe, the owner of the business is very pleasant to talk to. He offers great communications and good opinions on landscaping. His staff performed professionally and the work is high quality. The work had been postponed a couple of times due to the weather condition, which I can understand. However, if there is one thing I suggest for improvement of the business is the responsiveness to contact. Joe has been swamped this spring, so he usually won't be able to answer voice mail and email in timely manner. I had to call him many times to be able to get a hold of him. Overall it's a great experience hiring Joe and his team. Will definitely recommend and hire again.

They could do a better job shoveling. I have a curve in my driveway that I've been on them about and they still don't get it right.

They always show up. They're reliable. I also use them for snow plowing. I've been using them for the past few years.

We had not been able to get to our Fall Clean up before leaving for vacation.  We arrived home to wet leaves and a very messy yard.  I contacted Innovative Landscaping and they were available within a couple of days, had a fair price, and did a great job cleaning up the yard.

Joe Souza has always been very responsive and professional during the two years we've relied on him for our landscape and snow plowing needs. With a 3 acre lot and a 500 foot long driveway, we really need the services of his crew to keep our yard looking good and keep the driveway safe and accessible during the winter. Fine work like weeding and edging is done promptly, and any time I've had minor concerns they were immediately addressed. He really goes above and beyond.

The service was excellent. They left the area clean. They do the work quickly and always have a smile.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Joe Souza and his team. He helped us think about landscaping options for our side yard, and worked with us to develop a design that fit our budget. We obtained four estimates for this job, and Joe's came in about 25% lower than the others for comparable plans. He also gave us a variety of options to choose from, each with associated cost breakdowns. He was prompt with his initial estimate, and quick to respond to our questions and make adjustments to the plan.

Once we finalized our design, he started work immediately. He was on site every day, and always communicated with us about what his team would be doing, and when they would be working. The men he hired were prompt, polite and hardworking. Even more importantly, Joe himself is meticulous about every detail. He was open with us about each step of the building process and its associated standards, and it was clear from our regular inspection of the ongoing work that he does not cut corners.

When the project was complete, we were not surprised by the cost, as Joe's bill corresponded to our original agreement. When our irrigation system encountered a glitch shortly after work was finished, Joe returned promptly and fixed the problem.

We are thrilled with the results, and can't wait to use our new patio this summer. We have also continued to use Joe's services for fall cleanup etc., and he has remained as reliable as always. We can't recommend Innovative Landscaping and Irrigation highly enough.
