From the start, they were very open and straightforward in explaining the cause of the problem and how they would go about fixing it. They did a great job of replacing the pipe with minimal disruption. I would certainly hire them again.

They did give us good advice in that they were able to identify the problem. They said they'd get back to us within 2 days to schedule the work to fix the leaking toilet but they never got back to us or returned our calls.

Went well. Have used them for 20 years.
Only issue is that they are sometimes slow to respond to initial call for service, especially if leaving voice mail.
By mutual agreement, we had a very small leak under the sink, so were ok with a one week delay. Erich was very professional and did the work quickly. He was able to show me that the faucet unit was corroded and needed replacing.
No issues since (only one week).

The service employee (plumber) was very professional and trustworthy. His first visit accurately identified the problem with the stuck shower valve mixer/valve. He even gave the customer service number of the supplier. We did not know the shower valve was covered by a 5-year warranty and he helped us order the parts correctly.

When he returned after the parts were delivered, he finished the job on time and with no mistakes, no dilly-dallies and respected our time. He even cleaned his work area and left no dirt on the floor or carpet. He was courteous and polite all throughout his 2 visits.

The owner whom we talked on the phone met his time and return call commitments.

Overall it was a quality professional job at the right price (of service).

When they come out, they are very thorough and hard working. I have never had any problems with them. They come promptly when you call them and the price is reasonable as well. I would recommend them because they are reliable and knowledgeable.

THEY WERE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE. IT TOOK THEM A WHILE TO GET BACK WITH ME AND THEN ONCE WE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT, THEY RE-SCHEDULED THE TIME A COUPLE OF TIMES ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, THEY CALLED AND PUT ME OFF UNTIL LATER, SO BY THE TIME THEY GOT HERE TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE, I HAD BEEN WAITING ALL DAY AND I DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT AGAIN FOR ANOTHER PLUMBER, SO I HAD THEM DO THE WORK. I FEEL THE COST WAS NOT REASONABLE. I PURCHASED AND SUPPLIED THE PARTS THAT THEY HAD SUGGESTED, AND HE WORKED FOR 2.5 HOURS TO INSTALL THEM, CHARGING ME $613.00. THERE WERE INITIAL PROBLEMS WITH THE INSTALLATION AND IT TOOK HIM A WHILE TO GET BACK TO ME. AFTER SPEAKING WITH OTHER PLUMBERS, I FOUND THAT I SHOULD HAVE ONLY BEEN CHARGED AROUND $200 FOR THE JOB SINCE I SUPPLIED ALL OF THE PARTS AND IT ONLY TOOK HIM 2.5 HOURS. I DISPUTED THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, SO THEY WERE INVESTIGATING, BUT THE COMPANY HAS BEEN UNRESPONSIVE IN RESOLVING MY COMPLAINT ABOUT THE COST.
