Dunk Bubble

Inherited Dunk and Bubble as we learned they have been servicing our pool for years when we bought our house. Very friendly family run business. Wish they utilized email as in-depth discussions are not always possible during work hours- however they have been very helpful and reasonably priced.

This is the fourth of this particular item I've gotten from.  I've been using them for a number of years.  They actually gave me the part.  It was a used part they would not be able to sell as new.  I've been there a number of times and usually deal with the owner.  This time my interaction was with his daughter.  She was very helpful as well.

The owner mis-judged the problem. It took twice as long and charged us more than twice as much. He never cleaned up after the work and we had to clean it up. Everything about the service was unsatisfactory. Instead of finishing the job within two or three visits he had to come 6 to 7 times. It went on for weeks and weeks. He wasn't professional, the quality of work was lousy and the pricing was terrible. He was the owner and he could have charged us less but he just did the opposite.
