Nice guys installed it, they were very casual, came in a pick up truck filled with wood for various play sets. Set ours up in a couple or hours and left. The plastic phone broke the same day it was installed. Also, they forgot a couple accent pieces on the swingset and still need to come back and add them. However, the actual swingset is very nice.

It went fine. I tried to hire them and scheduled them for the maintenance of the playset but it was canceled three times due to various storms. They would not even call me to let me know that they are canceling the schedule. They were not great on customer service.
