 + -1 moreWhen the cleaner was questioned about the altered shade, she became defensive and stated that I, the customer, "must have done something to the item." I had done nothing to it. Because this item were ruined (very distinct color that could not be replicated easily), I asked for my money back. The owner came in, I told him the situation, and he could have cared less. While speaking to him, the cleaner kept rolling her eyes at him about me and proceeded to make very rude comments. The discussion quickly escalated and then I demanded that my money be returned to me. They reluctantly returned my payment. This customer service was poor and unprofessional, customer did not receive the appropriate cleaning required for this item. Because of this, the customer will not be returning to them in the future, and have found a more qualified professional dry cleaning business in the area.
Description of Work: Item was brought in to be dry cleaned in one color and came back to me another shade.

dry cleaning
 + -1 moreI went to Colonial Valet because of its proximity to my house and because they advertised in our local phone book. The woman at the desk was friendly and very courteous. I was so pleased with our first visit there that we decided to go back. This time I found out that they offer free delivery and free pick-up. The only difference in price is 10 cents a shirt. This was a small price for the convenience of having my clothes picked up and delivered by a local business. My clothes arrived this week exactly when they said they would. It was so nice not to have to go and pick them up. We will definitely continue to use them and recommend them highly!
Description of Work: Washed and ironed my husbands work shirts.
