They were professional. I wouldn't say they were timely; even when we made an appointment it still took an hour and a half to get an oil change. They were very thorough during the inspection portion though.

It was atrocious, abominable, and cheap! They lie and will swindle you. They tried to do this on both of my cars. They basically said there was a lot we needed to change with our vehicles that would have been $1000, which was not true.

I contacted Acton Colonial Chevrolet to schedule a recall service for my car. A time was scheduled, but the day before the scheduled service they called me to tell me that they hadn't ordered the part.
I called to make sure that they got the right part, and the man told me that he'd call as soon as the part was in to reschedule the service. Two weeks go by, and still I didn't hear from them. 
I got a call today from Dan in the Service Department telling me that he wanted to reschedule the appointment that I had for Saturday. Problem: nobody had informed me that I had an appointment for Saturday. 
I got the service done at a different dealership--one that actually pays attention to the details. 
I would not trust this dealership with anything. If they can't focus enough to schedule an appointment/order a part, I doubt they have enough focus to do even the simplest oil change.

Service was performed to my satisfaction

They gave a very good, realistic estimate of what the cost would be. They advised that the price was not really worth it in the end. I have used them in the past for auto work, which came out very well.

I have been a customer at this shop for 20 years, They must have had some change in ownership and Management, the last two car repairs have been disasters. Their customer service is awful, they are very difficult to deal with and have attitudes. 
I was in a fender bender the insurance estimate was $1,500 once I left the car at Colonial it went up to $ 4,000.
The paint job was mismatched so bad the front of the car was a different color and had to be repaired 3 times.
After the third time they told me ? I think we created a problem we should leave alone ?.
Then I had to get the insurance involved for a total of 4 repaints.
 A  few months later my wife?s car that was fixed here the year before had paint peeling off the molding and bumper?. I had to have it fixed at another shop.
 
This shop made a stressful situation so much worse... The mechanical repair was fine but the paint was so bad instead of dealing with the stress of their poor workmanship, customer service and attitude I sold the car. 
 
 

lIt seemed like no other customers were there but it still was about an hour for my car to be finished. They don't vacuum or wash windows like some dealers but the job was done and they didn't dirty up my car. People were friendly and price was great.

Repair took a long time (nearly 4 weeks), which seemed quite excessive. The original estimate to repair (by adjuster) was 5-7 business days, but it escalated from there. They were assertive in obtaining approval for additional repairs needed once the job got underway, and in replacing a damaged part rather than repair of the part (which they felt would not yield high quality result).
Once completed, i must say that I was very pleased with the quality of their work - the car looked literally good as new, and has driven fine and operated without a hiccup since.

The service department was nice, but the dealership as a whole was unwilling to help with the work because the warranty had expired. I wasn't expecting to have the whole bill paid for, but I feel like I was ripped off when buying the car. It was winter when I bought it and when summer rolled around, no A/C and structural problems. Is it reasonable to take a 4x4 over curbs during the test drive to determine if the suspension is in good working order or run the vehicle for several hours to ensure the A/C works. I think that certified used vehicle should mean something.

THE GUYS ARE VERY NICE AND EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I LIKE USING THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY USE CHEVY PRODUCTS. THEY ARE VERY CONVENIENT AND PROMPT. THE VEHICLES ARE ALWAYS READY WHEN PROMISED.

NOT GOING TO USE THEM. STILL NOT RUNNING PROPERLY. HOSES AND WHATNOT WERE NOT CONNECTED PROPERLY
