CIRCLE FURNITURE

I had problems with them because I had the serial number and the pictures of the furniture that I wanted and they sent me a card and it said thanks for the order. They were actually making the wrong order for me. What they had on the card was not what I wanted. Then after I clarified the issue with them, they still delivered the wrong pieces. I am not really impressed with them.

We have bought many pieces of living room furniture from Circle Furniture over the years and have always been pleased. Recently we purchased a new sofa. For this purchase, I visited the store at least four times, obsessing about fabric color & choice, and I was always allowed to peruse the huge library of swatches, take some home for a few days, etc. without any sales pressure. The fabric choice we finally made turned out to be back-ordered, and I worried that would greatly delay shipment. It did not, and the salesperson, Kate, called me periodically with updates on the status of the order. The sofa is great, attractive and sturdy.

BOUGHT FURNITURE IN JANUARY, AFTER 4-6 WEEKS TO CUSTOM MAKE THE FURNITURE, ITS BEEN A CONSTANT STRUGGLE TO GET IT DELIVERED. BECAUSE OF WEATHER (NOT THEIR FAULT), THEIR INABILITY TO FIND A VEHICLE THAT WILL FIT MY DRIVEWAY AFTER A FEW ATTEMPTS LIMITED AVAILABILITY OF DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS HAVE BEEN A HUGE FRUSTRATION FOR ME AS I WORK.
