Taylor is prompt, polite and professional. He called back within 30 minutes of my Angie's list service quote request submission for A/C not cooling and squeezed me in for a quick appointment right after the call. The problem was accessed quickly - it turned out to be a broken wire to the condenser. He fixed that quickly and A/C is back on. He also checked the pressure and added a bit more freon for better performance. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend to friends!
