WHEN I CALLED BUXTON THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T DEAL WITH MY BRAND OF GENERATOR AT ALL BECAUSE IT WAS SO BAD. BUT RATHER THAN SEND ME ON MY WAY, THEY SAID THEY'D SEND SOMEONE OUT IN A DAY OR TWO TO MAKE SURE IT WASN'T A SAFETY ISSUE. THEY CAME OUT THAT SAME DAY, DUG A 20-FT. PATH THROUGH 3 FEET OF SNOW TO MY GENERATOR, INSPECTED IT, AND LEFT ME A MESSAGE THAT AFTERNOON THAT THE GENERATOR WAS SAFELY INSTALLED BUT POORLY LOCATED. THEY ALSO OFFERED TO PUT ME IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE WHO COULD SERVICE THE GENERATOR IN THE FUTURE. THESE PEOPLE REALLY WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME.
