The installation was good. There was one day that they were supposed to come out but couldn't due to a problem on another job. As soon as he realized the problem he let me know and they were still able to come out that day. The quality of the carpet was good as well. The price of the carpet was high but they did do a very good job. We would use them again in the future.

Acton Carpet was great. They are family owned and operated. The person that did the estimate and the installation was the owner. He was very patient and very educational when it came to helping us pick the right carpet. The detail work he did on the staircase was beautiful.
