Our experience with Glaucia was tremendous. We are people who have trouble making design decisions, and Glaucia helped guide us through all of the granite countertop and tile backsplash options. The list of options seem endless and overwhelming, but she patiently walked us through picking the countertop first, and then helped us narrow down backsplash options that would match the countertop.



Glaucia went out of her way to accompany us to the granite warehouse which is another overwhelming task. She helped us pick out our specific granite slab, as well as our sink.



Installation was a breeze, and Glaucia even came over after the installation was completed and sealed the countertop and backsplash.



We received 4 separate quotes for the project, and Glaucia's quote came in on the low end, so in addition to getting great service, the price was great. Highly recommended.

It went beautifully! Glaucia helped me pick out the granite, and really got what I was looking for -- something that looked exotic but was moderately-priced. Then Brian came in for the detailed measurement and templating, and Alex and crew came to install. Believe it or not, the elapsed time for all of this was less than 10 days! The pricing was fair -- not the most expensive, not the least. The detailed care in templating and installation was top-notch. I didn't find Absolute Granite on Angie's list -- it was a referral from a trusted contractor -- but I had to sing their praises here after working with them!

Glaucia was easy to reach and very enjoyable to work with. She knows her granite and was genuinely interested in making sure we found the slabs that had the best features. Her Acton store also has a great selection of tile back splash options. Her granite installer, Brian, was also great. The only glitch we had was one uneven edge on a counter slab in the pantry. Brain filled in the area with a resin material that perfectly matched the granite.

She is listed in Angie's list. The person is Glaucia Rossi. She is very good. I would recommend her. She is wonderful. I found her very accommodating, very easy to work with, and very professional. She is very good. She has very good ideas and designs. Her pricing was probably very competitive. I was so pleased with her, that I didn't get another bid. She is very accommodating about everything. I will use her for the tile and shower I have to get done. She is very good in coming back and supervising. I would use her in the future.

Working with the company was great and personal. They offered great opinions and were there for every step of they way. I would definitely use them again.

Everything about Absolute Granite and Design from beginning to end was perfect. Glaucia went out of her way to help me in EVERY way. She was totally responsive to my needs with regard to selection of tiles for my backsplash and granite for the countertops in my new kitchen. After I selected one particular tile for the backsplash, Glaucia found another that was MORE suitable, and ordered it for me. She found a faucet that was on sale, because it was a discontinued model, and it was about $200.00 instead of $650.00! She tried to save me money, whenever possible. Her workmen were professional, and tidy. The experience of renovating my kitchen was much more pleasant than I had anticipated, because of Glaucia. I would recommend her to anyone who needs tiles and counter tops for either their kitchen or bathroom. I promise you that it will totally change your mind about what you thought would be a difficult renovation. Glaucia made what is usually a difficult ordeal a most pleasant one, for me and my husband. The kitchen cabinet provider at Kitchen Works in Acton recommended Absolute Granite to help me select the appropriate granite for our kitchen we hadn't remodeled in 25 years. Glaucia Rossi, the owner of Absolute, talked to the Kitchen Works rep about our style and budget. I met her and her partner, Brian, at a granite showroom in Norwood to look at many different patterns. I wasn't too articulate, but knew what I didn't like. Glaucia had a specific granite in mind based on our conversation and with Linda at Kitchen Works. They didn't have what she was looking for, but I found another one I liked which turned out to be out of our price range. She then set up an appointment at another place in Marlborough. They had what she was looking for. I immediately liked it. Next step was to select the back splash and accent.I met her at her showroom in West Concord which has many styles and types of tile. Glaucia selected a pattern and design which I thought might be too fussy for my taste. She didn't contradict me, but showed me what that would look like versus her suggestion. I appreciated the way she didn't push her point of view, but gave her opinion and explained her rationale when asked. Since I have no vision, I agreed with her ideas because of how well she had understood what we would like for granite. If I had remained adamant, I know she wouldn't have tried to push her recommendation. She and Brian came to the house and measured the spaces with an exactitude that boggles the mind. They must have spent an hour and a half to two hours measuring the countertop size and then making sure the pattern would be even all the way around for the 3 rows of 1 inch glass accent within the tile pattern. I also showed her the paint samples. She helped me choose one and explained why the colors were correct and would look great when combined with the tile and back splash. The granite was ready to be installed when the contractor needed it. She communicated with him when necessary and in a timely way. The result is absolutely terrific. The way the granite was cut provides a marvelous pattern and interest that attracts your attention without being overwhelming. The back splash and accent design perfectly complement the granite. We couldn't be happier. Her professionalism, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to interpret the customer's taste is commendable. She also did not try to sell me something beyond my budget, but found a pattern in our price range that was perfect. Relatively, we weren't high end customers, but she treated us as if we were spending a million dollars. I highly recommend her for any project big or small. I will certainly call on her again when we have another renovation.
