+ -1 moreThe locksmith was late. The major problem was that he did not have the proper tools to increase the size of the holes in my door so that the new lock could be installed. So he hacked at my doors and ruined one of them. He did not clean up before he left.
Description of Work: Removed old handsets and deadbolts. Before the new handsets and deadbolts could be installed the holes in the doors had to be enlarged. The new handsets and deadbolts were installed.
