Description of Work: Rear bumper was replaced and some minor body work repaired. Not only did they they do a great job on my vehicle but they also assisted me with a mechanical problem I experienced in the same timeframe. The quality work was done on time, for the price quoted. John and the other staff were friendly and courteous. I would use Whitman Body Works again and have already recommended this business to others.

 + -1 moreJohn the owner and his staff were the BEST!!. No one likes to be in an accident, yet he made the experience less stressful. They arrange the auto rental and deal with the insurance company. I would highly reccommend them to anybody.

 + -1 moreI brought the car in, they needed to keep it for a couple of days. The auto body desk contacted the nearest car rental place and when I dropped my car for repair a representative from the car rental office was waiting for me with a rental car. I thought this was very efficient and I was able to get this done on my lunch time and still had time for lunch. When they took the bumper off they found additional damage not picked-up by the adjuster. They contacted the adjuster for me and the adjuster gave the OK for the additional cost. I didn't have to do a thing to get this glitch ironed out. After the repairs were completed (only 2 days) they called me to pick-up the car. I was able to leave the rental car with them. The rear bumper was as good as new, they had washed the car and had vacuumed the interior. My car hadn't looked this good for awhile. I was, and am, very pleased with Whitman Auto Body and would refer friends who may need their services
