Chimney Repair
They were manipulative- I had no idea they were coming. My wife had agreed for them to come and make a Free Estimate about Chimney cleaning, not repair. But they blocked my driveway with their van, marched as a group up the driveway and told me the had to look at the furnace chimney (something my wife had not specifically agreed to at all). I was caught off guard, but can live with my mistake in paying them if they actually performed the work they said they were performing, and can give a genuine warranty as promised.
