Rave review here. I can't stop smiling. :) Bruno from South Shore Mechanical just left with my Rinnai HE unit working like a charm with hot and cold water after 2 years of misdiagnoses by others. Bruno also took the time to explain the unit to me (in layman's' terms).. , what was wrong and what to do before needing to call them. I was expecting to be told I needed a new unit. I just can't say enough good about my experience with South Shore Mechanical from the quickly answered phone call and followup to service on time as scheduled to Bruno's detective work PLUS my invoice was much less than expected. Be assured you will be happy and relieved should you need to call for help.

There were a few possible causes for the observed problem. They worked hard to keep the price down as much as possible, and focused on fixing the cheapest and most probable causes first. In the end, the were able to find all the culprits. The boiler is now running very happily, just in time for winter!
