Bryan and his people did superior quality work. Very professional. Excellent clean up afterward. I can highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Needle Brothers did an outstanding job. Their team worked tireless hours to make sure the job was done both quickly and the best. They made a tandem driveway into a wider, more aesthetic and functional driveway with multiple walls, and landscape. They also put in a walkway and small patio area. The yard looks amazing. I will definitely use them again.

Over the summer, we met with Bryan of Needle Brothers. He came to our house, listened to what we wanted done, suggested ideas that he thought would look good, and quoted us a price for regrading of our yard, drainage, excavation, and a patio with retaining wall. When the scope of the work changed at the start of the project, Bryan had additional equipment brought in with experienced operators and he came up with creative ideas for keeping the added cost reasonable. He did not need to do this for us, but it was greatly appreciated and showed the kind of honest and caring business he runs. All employees of Needle Brothers were hard working, dedicated, and experienced. In the end, Bryan had additional fill and top soil brought in to level the yard, the yard was regraded, drainage put in, and a patio with retaining wall was installed. I would highly recommend Needle Brothers and particularly Bryan or Patrick, to oversee the project.

PROS: Bryan is the best. He listens to what the client wants and repeats his understanding of the work to be done. The work crew are punctual and I'll have to say I've never witnessed a landscape crew work harder, longer, and more effectively. The finished product was outstanding, better than I had imagined and I'm a picky SOB. Several of the 50 plus plantings did not make it through the first winter and after contacting Bryan he cam and replaced them all. CONS: They can take weeks/months to schedule. They office is not very responsive to emails and phone calls, it can take several attempts before someone returns the call. They are not cheap, so if you are looking for a bargain this is not your place. OVERALL: I continue to use Needle Brother's because the quality of their work is excellent.

Just what I expected

I was very pleased with the overall outcome. Extremely professional. Price wise a little high, but worth it.

Excellent service and extremely satisfied with the end product.  Met with Bob Needle at the beginning of November to go over the project and details.  Bob provided a quote for the fall clean up and a quote to remove the overgrown/dead bushes and we agreed that the work would be completed near the end of November.  3 guys from Needle Brothers came on 11/22 and completed all the work in about 4 hours.  The yard looks fantastic and they removed all the bushes.  We are extremely pleased with the work and will be sure to use Needle Brothers in the future for any yard/masonry needs.

Dan came promptly and explained the project to me.  The service was scheduled shortly after my contract and deposit were received.  The workers arrived late (I was told to expect them between 7 and 9 so waited to go to work.  They arrived approximately 10:15, after I had left). 

The work was professionally done; my yard looks great.  They did a couple extra services, such as replacing the rusted latch on my gate and creating a sweep for the gate to open. They also bricked off the patio area.  All brush, etc. were removed; the yard looks very good. They had estimated 9 hours and finished in approximately 7. I'm looking forward to Spring to see how it all turns out.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I found communication to be a little lacking. I had to call twice to see when my job was scheduled, and as I stated above, they did not arrive when I was told they would.  I wasn't needed for the work to proceed, but I would have like to have seen the people working on my property before I left.

Overall a great job and I would ask them to do another project when the time comes.

This was the second year we hired Needle Bros. to do landscaping and masonry work at the house and again, they did a fabulous job. They did a great job cleaning up the yard and all the gardens after the difficult winter. The yard looks beautiful. They did general clean up, trimming, edging and mulching and everything looks great. They also installed a stone walkway around the back of our house and installed cobblestones around our deck. Again, they did an amazing job. The professionalism and expertise of the crew was incredible. They also worked extremely hard and did whatever they needed to so that the job was completed in the estimated time and on budget. We were extremely impressed.  The rear walk is a just beautiful and we know it was done the right way. We will likely have them back again next year for spring clean up/ landscaping.

They're great. They're really good guys. They do a wonderful job on my lawn. If you want anything else done, they do it. The boys were handsome, they were easy on the eyes. They did a beautiful job. I thought their prices were pretty good. I've had flowers planted and they did a nice job. I've had them for at least two years.

They just did a simply wonderful job. Well worth the money.

I've used Needle Brothers several times and they are always terrific.   Employees are tireless with an amazing work ethic.   They do amazing work and go above and beyond.   I'm never disappointed...they always do a tremendous job.

I need to sell a house, and the lawn and yard were a mess. People had parked on the fron, and there was a pool in the back yard (with a pad of sand under it). So, the first order of business was to remove the sand, dig up the front and back yards, and apply hydroseed. They also removed an inconveniently placed tree. There are raised edges around the yards. They weeded, and applied mulch to these areas. They also weeded and mulched the edge next to the house, and added colorful flowers and other shubs. It was a ton of work, and they did it in a couple of days. Very fast! We watered the lawn twice a day for the past few weeks, and it looks incredible! Price was reasonable, and did not change from what we agreed. I would've liked to have the quote in writing, however. AAA+ service.

Complete yard do over. Great job...

They came to provide an estimate very quickly and started the job as soon as possible. There were delays due to weather but they kept us informed of the updated start date. They completed a large amount of landscaping all around the house in one day and the new front walk was done in a day and a half. The crew went above and beyond on both aspects of the job and worked extremely hard. They were also careful to clean everything up. We were very impressed and will happily hire them again for future outdoor work.

The two guys that did the work were amazing. One of them was Jesse. I've never seen people work so hard for so long. 12 hour days. They got it all done and it was done very well. One small problem is that they seem to have scheduling difficulties when it gets busy. I was told 3-4 weeks after I gave the deposit. It took almost 8 weeks before they arrived to do the work. Kind of frustrating, but the work was worth the wait.

Met with owner as scheduled, he walked the property, made many suggestions. The property had been neglected for several years so there was a lot to be done. Bob was excited about the plan. I had to reign him in a little....I didn't need a "showcase", I just needed to spruce things up. When he wrote up the estimate, I was a bit shocked, but as I considered all that had to be done and that this was "one stop shopping" so to speak (everything from taking down trees to gutter cleaning) I signed off on it.

  We established a date for the work to be done. He told me it would take a full day to get everything done. I said that was fine, no rush. I was required to give him a deposit. No problem.

His crew arrived 8AM ONE WEEK before our agreed date with no prior notice. I was upset about this, but could not reach Bob by phone so agreed to allow the crew to begin. The 2 guys that did ALL the work were professional, knowledgeable, neat, fast, engaging, did not assume anything without first asking. I was very impressed with them, their work, and how much they accomplished in one day. There were only 2 small issues - I had specified to Bob during the consult that I wanted red mulch. The guys were going to pick up black mulch. When I told them what Bob and I had talked about, they called Bob, Bob came out and tried to persuade me to go with the black mulch. I don't understand why....I did finally get the red mulch.

The second issue was that the guys left without blowing out the gutters. It really needed to be done, so I called the office and it was taken care of within a few days. No problem.

The workers were dedicated to their art; punctual each day; very hard working; and went over-and-above our expectations each day they were on the project. We were extremely pleased with the job they did.
