Hugh Fuentes was capable and efficient, worked around my time frame and did a fine job of removing the mold from my basement. All work was done to my satisfaction, all debris was removed from my property, and my basement was restored to its good-as-new condition. Hugh was pleasant and easy to work with, very professional, and I would certainly recommend him to others.

I was smelling what I would call a wet, earthy smell in my living room. I knew it was mold. I would get headaches from being in the living room. Hugh was the first to call me after sending my request through Home Advisers. He was polite and showed up the next day as promised. He is nice, honest and fair. He inspected the house thoroughly. He highlighted a window with rotten wood trimming that he thought was a means by which water was coming into the house. He caulked it for me. He s just a straightforward guy who wants to give good service. He told me if I still smelled mold he d come back and retreat as sometimes it can take more than one treatment. This week I finally got to sit comfortably in my living room. I m blessed to have found such great service.

What I found out was that Hugh and his team do quality work, show up when they are supposed to, and were the most cost effective of the 10 contractors I talked to. He was friendly without getting off topic, and didn't mind having my dog "help" him. Hugh did a great job getting in and redoing the linoleum floors (kitchen/hallway) and then all the hardwood floors. They look like new. They worked around our schedule and got in to do the work professionally in a timely manner. No hassles. Price was good and work was excellent. Came out great.

I had to have some repair work on my grout in my kitchen. I went on homeadvisor.com and searched for the work I needed to be performed at my home. Immediately I received a call from Hugh the owner of KarpetKleen. Not only is Hugh a professional and attuned to the customer but really know how to repair everything, he will also give you an honest assessment. His website states he performs handyman services but his experience goes far beyond that. We started with work to be completed in the kitchen and bathrooms, but due to few unexpected events while he was working at my home with a leak on my roof which lead to my wall having to be repaired, Hugh went upstairs to check the attic for mold and came down with pictures notifying us of the problem. Hugh is a certified mold inspector. He repaired the mold problem, cleaned, repaired and clean grout in kitchen/bathrooms. While he was here, he performed quality carpet cleaning in all our rooms with steam and dry applications. In addition, sealed holes in my driveway, refinished kitchen/bathroom floors, etc to name a few things � he was totally exceptional. He is so loyal and totally trusted. He does excellent work. He performed all the jobs so proficiently. I had much work done in my home over the years, but Hugh has been the most proficient we ever had. In today business world, customer satisfaction is our main concern. When a customer finds a company who is not only truly pleasant to deal with and exceptionally attuned to customer�s needs, they do not hesitate in returning or recommending other customers to that same company. Due to this experience I have received from Hugh, KarpetKleen, I would truly recommend this company. Great experience overall!
