I hired Karpet Kleen with no prior knowledge of his work. I had only the reviews on Home Advisor to go by. What I found out was that Hugh and his team do quality work, show up when they are supposed to, and were the most cost effective of the 10 contractors I talked to. In addition, Hugh is a good and kind person. He went above and beyond to help me during a very difficult and stressful time. As far as I am concerned, I will never call another company when I need carpet cleaning or tile work done. Hugh is top notch!
