Hansen Tree & Landscape

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was professional and we agreed on the price which was good. The day they came over to do it I was at work , the gentleman I had spoken with on the phone said it was no problem he knew exactly what to do ( topping the tree bringing to the height of the gutter on my roof). He told his men then left them there to go look at another job. His men shaved my tree up from the bottom to the gutter on my roof destroying my tree, when my wife came out of the house to check on them she told them to stop that they were supposed to top the tree . That is when she found out they did not speak English and when I got home and saw the tree I got in touch with the gentleman that was in charge of the crew and and found out that he does not speak there language and thought they had understood him. Needless to say my tree of 26 years is probably going to die which the company told me they would cut it down for free if it dies .

Our tree removal work was scheduled to happen in 6 days. We had one large tree that was partially uprooted and leaning dangerously close to our home. With a large storm forecast to happen in two days, I called Bryan Connolly, the Hansen Tree Manager, and asked if it would possible to have this one tree removed early before the storm. Bryan responded immediately, sent the crew out that afternoon and cut down the very dangerous tree. He said the crew would be back as scheduled in six days to finish the job. Tremendously impressed by Bryan's response. I highly recommend Hansen Tree. Bryan is great to deal with. Provided great service when we very much needed it.

Everything was done well and on time.

REAL PROS!

Brian showed up on time in the morning and provided an estimate which I accepted. He had a crew available and a 40 ft up rooted oak and a 50 ft oak topping were gone b 2:00 PM. They place platforms to protect the lawn from their equipment and, when they left, you wouldn't have known they were there.

Bryan from Hansen Tree is the man! He came out on a Wednesday afternoon to assess my Ask, was able to provide me a quote on the spot, and in less than 48 hours he had the job complete and all parties on our Merry Way! I received a call from Brian from Hansen tree and came same day to provide an estimate. He was very professional, explained the whole process and the pricing was very resonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Hansen's price was the lowest of 3 estimates, lead time quoted was 8-10 weeks but didn't show until 12 weeks, most tree companies were quoting 2-3 months. Hansen did a great job, it was a very large oak tree next to the house and next to multiple wires. they also did a great job on cleanup. I would highly recommend Hansen Tree to anyone !!!

What a fantastic crew from the crane operator to each team member each plays a roll and what a job they do. This is not easy work and in life you get what you pay for!! I would recommend Hansen Tree to all of my family and friends and very very confident doing so, Not sure I'm spelling it correctly but Nay and the Climber are the best and hardest working gents I've seen in a long time and the crew that works with them provide the backup needed for safety and the absolute most professional job you could ever ask for. I own my own business.........these guys are for real!! Don't look any further.

I was not convinced that they could take down two of the very tall trees with just a bucket truck, but they did. They were also able to avoid the electrical wires really close by. Crane would have been more expensive. They were also very careful of my dogwoods that were really close by and only minimal damage was incurred. The crew was very nice and amazing to watch. Real pros. The location of the trees forced them to set the truck up on my front lawn, so there is some lawn damage, but it could not be helped. I'll have to fix it in the spring. The large logs were taken away the following day and I'm still waiting for the stumps to be ground down. I trust they will do that in a couple weeks. Weather is not cooperating. I was very pleased with my choice of Hansen Tree.

They did good clean up job. Kept in touch with me about tree stump grinding and disposal of chips. Returned in couple pick up large logs. Mom steped out of truck to rack anything left

Hansen Tree did an excellent job on my landscaping project. It was a difficult project and Mr. Haynes gave me exactly what I wanted.

They were very Customer friendly. They did a great job! My front yard looks great. They also did two brick walkways, they look amazing. They had to totally redesign my front yard, it looks terrific. I hope to have them back in the spring to do work in my back yard.

The men that a did the work we're professional and worked as a team to complete the work. They explained everything that was going to be done which I did appreciated.

I paid everything that they asked and the things they "overlooked". At first it looked really great then the lawn started to turn yellow, we called multiple times to come back and take a look and they kept making empty promises. They never returned to fix the problem.

The wall we had installed is so beautiful and the crew worked so hard and were so courteous. They were wonderful. Shawn called and told me when the job would start and they were right there working that morning. I have nothing but good things to say about the workers and Hynes Landscaping.

They were fantastic. Sean came out gave me quotes. Came out the first morning with his crew and again reviewed work I requested at time of quote and additional work I needed done. His crew was sensational. They came early both days as promised and the first day stayed until 7 PM. When they finished they did they job they promised at the agreed upon price and my property was left neat and clean just like when they started. These guys are true proa and I would recommend they to everyone. I plan on using them again next spring!!!!
