He was punctual and professional. They cleaned up nice after doing the work and they were very careful to cover things with tarps to keep paint and over spray. He was very willing to provide references up front. I also liked that they focused on only our job, so they weren't doing more than one job at once. We had one issue and he was quick to resolve it professionally, even though he didn't agree with our complaint.
