Chad worked with us for several months through a long home-buying experience. It was our first time. He let us know our financing options, and we ended up going with a Rural Development loan. There were some fine-print complications three days before closing. Chad's 2 year-old daughter was also in the hospital, and Chad worked non-stop to make sure we were going to close by a certain date. We actually had to tell Chad to stop working and focus on his sick daughter! He has a tremendous amount of dedication to his work, which makes for an excellent loan officer. Our Realtor was also very impressed with his work. He took the time to really look out for us and made sure we got the most out of our financing (lowest possible interest rate, lowest fees, etc).
