I hired James G Lipscomb Appraisal Company to perform an appraisal on my home. He told me he went out, examined the property but needed some additional documentation before rendering his report. I sent him the documents he requested but now, he is not responding to me at all and I need the appraisal ASAP for a very urgent matter. I need to have contact from James Lipscomb and I am not getting what I need. At this point, I would not feel right to recommend him to anyone I know.
