SOUTHERN OILFIELD SERVICES

I only had minor issues with the lawn work at first, issues like not edging around my fence line and avoiding the weeds completely in my flower bed. I figured that I was still getting good service for the price that I was paying. The real problem occurred late July when one of my windows was broken by one of the guys while they were trimming the lawn. The supervisor Frank told me he would replace the window and I wouldn't have to worry about it. He told me to give him a couple of weeks to get the window replaced. A couple of weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything about my window replacement. I called to see what the status was and Frank told me that he had placed the window on order and it would take about a week to arrive. Time passed and I made repeated phone calls to Frank about my window. Well, it is November now and my window still hasn't been replaced.
