Roland's Auto Repair

We have a fifteen year old vehicle with over 120,000 miles and it needs regular maintenance and tweaks to keep it running. Roland's repair shop has been reliable and fair. He can usually take our vehicle in a timely fashion and service it in a very reasonable time. A few months prior to this last tune-up, it had to be towed there and he was able to take it on short notice. Repaired the heater core that time.

They are my mechanics. They are very good, honest, and friendly. They are all around fair I believe. They go by the prices in their return manual. You pay what you are supposed to pay. I never had any experience with them where I felt I was gouged or taken advantaged off. It was expensive the last time I was there. The truck had more than one thing wrong with it; they had to put in a new fender unit, which included dropping the gas tank. Things like that come out mainly to labor charges that you are paying majority of the cost for. They go by the book and it is fair. It was expensive, but they fixed the problem.
