the guy came right out to take a look and give me an estimate. I called back the next day to schedule an appt for the next morning. the guys were a couple of hours late getting here, but when they did, they went right to work changing out my hot water heater and were done in just over an hour. So far, all's working fine!

The job got done on time/in time (I had out of town guests coming in.) Was difficult to get in touch with the contractors to work out the details of the installation. This was important because I was not able to be at home during the normal business day. I needed information from the installers so I could arrange for a friend to be here to let them in to do the work. I wish I had been here to ask questions about the installation and about the operation of the appliances I bought. The installer did not do a followup nor did they give me a contact number where I could call them to have my questions answered.
