The technician is reasonable and willing to work with me. He helps me with the proper maintenance of my air condition. They are always ready to give services to people as soon as you give them a call. They are really good with what they do. I am glad to recommend them to anyone.

I am 100 percent satisfied with Grossie's Heating and Air Conditioning. They have very reasonable prices. They went above and beyond what other businesses do.

This is the 4 year old unit that had been worked on twice in barely a month by another company.  I called this morning, and  Anthony and Kevin came out within the hour.  They diagnosed the problem and replaced the part showing me the bad part and explaining what was wrong.  The call-out charge was $48 and the part was $34.  These men know what they are doing and are so pleasant to boot.  I highly recommend Grossi's Heating and Air Conditioning.

I had work done on my air conditioner on 7/2/2011 and found the charge way too high.  That afternoon I was talking with some of my Mom's friends and they recommended Grossie.  The next morning when there was water all over from the same unit repaired the day before I was at a loss and assumed it was something that had been done the day before.  I called that  company and they denied any responsibility.  So I call Grossie.  Anthony and Kevin arrived within an hour, but when they got there and looked at the problem they said that I might need a plumber, but since they were there they would try to fix it.  Well, they fixed it and charged me $48 for the trip.  Needless to say, I'll be using Grossie in the future.
