I don’t have a lot of information on the company, because we only just started using them. Well, it's actually a guy and his helper. He seems like a nice guy but he's not very professional. He's more interested in doing what he wants to do rather than listening to his customer and doing what they want him to do. He talks a lot and there's always a major discussion about what you do and don't want to have done. He's difficult to deal with. It’s hard to comment on his punctuality because the rain interrupts what he does a lot, and it’s not his fault. Have to continue using him for now.
