Very professional attitude, with service to back it up...with the 5 year warranty I have the confidence that the job was done right. The crew left the work areas clean and tested all faucets to my satisfaction. When it came to cost, they were able to cut some expense from the original estimate making the overall job well worth the money. I will definitely recommend 5 Star to anyone who ask.

They were very professional and trustworthy. They were in uniform and their trucks were labeled, you could tell that they were a professional organization. I could leave a key to my house and I trusted them to do the work while I was gone. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a multi part process where the floor needed to be redone and toilets needed to be put in so they were very flexible with scheduling.

They do excellent work. They cleaned up well after themselves. They explained everything well. There were no questions about their workmanship. They showed us everything that they were doing along the line. They showed us what the problem was and how they resolved it. They were a bit pricey. The quality of their work was excellent. They were very responsive. I would definitely use them in the future.

Work was good, but very expensive. I bought the $99 service contract. Called them to give me a "preferred customer" quote on another job. The quote was $850 - I ended up having the job done for less than a hundred from a different company

"First off, I apologize for the way you feel about our company. We strive for 100% satisfaction, so I'd like to resolve the issue. You made a great decision purchasing the service agreement at the time of service. With the 15% discount you received, it paid for itself. I have reviewed the estimate given in December of 2010. The work to install a new 1/2" copper gas line from the existing galvanize gas line in the attic down a wall to the range, was estimated properly. Now if there was another option that allowed you to get it done for less, that is good. There may have been other options my technician could have found, along with doing the work correctly and with a 10 year warranty. Again, we are sorry you were unsatisfied. We'd like to resolve the issue and do business in the future."

I called A 5Star Plumbing because our emer shutoff valve in the master bathroom needed to be replaced; we also had a few other problems with our kitchen sink (we have an older house) so we asked for an estimate to get those repaired as well. The estimate was lower than we expected, so we got everything done at once. Robert and Mike (I think those were their names) were VERY neat, knowledgeable, and quick. We were extremely impressed with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing repair.

I am so impressed with this company. They arrived within 24 hours of our call, were very professional, and corrected our problem for free, all because it was still under warranty! I didn't even realize that would apply! I am recommending this service to anyone in the Youngsville/Broussard area. They are great and provide a terrific service, and the customer service can't be beat.

They were extremely professional. They spent about 3 hours at my house, replacing the water heater pipes and installing a shut off valve. They also dug up a huge swath of my back yard and replaced the broken pipe. They cleaned up after themselves - put the dirt back in the ground and left no trace of their presence inside. They explained everything in great detail. The price quoted was the price I paid, much lower than I was expecting.

After failing a 'do it yourself' project of replacing my tub, I called A 5 Star Plumber and Robert came out to take over. I didn't have the proper tools or materials and had already spent hours trying to do what took Robert a short time to finish. We were actually updating the entire bathroom and everything was going pretty well until we had to put the new tub in.

The only complaint that I had was that they were a little pricey. They charged me the standard come out and look price and then they charged an additional amount for them to turn on the heater. Other than that, I had no complaints about the company.

We called A 5 Star Plumbing one day and got a return call the same day, saying they would be there the next day. We got several updates that next day on when they could arrive. Upon arrival, a price quote was given after looking at the problem. We agreed, the problem was resolved with very friendly service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had been trying to get someone out for a stopped up sink for ALMOST 2 MONTHS that we could not fix, and it is very hard to get someone out for a small job. People would say they were coming and then not show up. WE APPRECIATE THIS COMPANY'S PROFESSIONALISM AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
