Would not use him again because I feel that $50/half hours work is a little to high for me to pay.

It's an extremely high peak and they always seem to come off. He's honest, fair and he comes out within a day of me calling him. He gives me an estimate, and that's what he charges. He's good. I've used him many times and He's the only guy I'm going to use.
