ACTION APPLIANCE REPAIR

The manufacturer contacted this company for me in November 2007, for a warranty repair on an ice maker. I told him the company the manufacturer had come down before them said it needed a new ice maker. The guy I spoke with said he would order one and call me back. He never called me back. So, in February, I called again. Again he said he would order the ice maker and call me when it arrived. Never heard back. Called AGAIN in May. For the 3rd time he said he would order the ice maker. He did call me back in the middle of June to tell me he would be gone until the first of July then he would schedule to install the new ice maker. Called the middle of July since I hadn't heard from him. Talked with a lady this time who talked to Brandon, the guy who I had been talking with, once again he said he had to order the ice maker. The lady told me she would call me the next day to make sure I was going to get satisfactory service. Once again, nothing. So today, July 23rd, I called the manufacturer. Sick of dealing with the appliance repair people. I asked the manufacturer to have them leave the ice maker at my door. I am a real-estate agent and very accustomed to dealing with appliance repair. NEVER have I seen such a lack of professionalism.
