+ -1 moreThe A/C has not been working properly, not cycling, its getting 80 degrees in the house, and it keeps running without cutting off. I called three times but no one is returning my calls. I talked to his wife to relay the message, but no calls back.
Description of Work: He installed the A/C for $650.00. We paid for the parts. He quoted me for the parts that needed to be ordered $2050.00. He ordered 25 pounds of Free-on for the unit which we did not need. I only needed one to two pounds. He put only put in 1 to 2 pounds in and kept the rest of the free-on for himself. He was going to take it with him because I paid for it in the bill. I confronted him about it and he said I could keep it. He explained it as part of price.
