The service went very well. The hot water heater was @ 24 years old and definitely needed to be replaced. The price was reasonable and we were satisfied with the cost of new heater and the service. Repair man owns the company and works alone, so service was prompt and personal. He took the old heater for disposal at no extra charge, which was a great help.
