CHAMPAGNE'S SHEETROCK REPAIR

There are two Champagne's. One, Donald and the other, Brad, his son. Separate businesses. Due to some miscommunication and wrong telephone numbers, Brad was hired to do this job. Brad promised to stay with the job until it was finished. He kept his word. That says a lot and it was appreciated. He was also hired to add two shelves and replace the mdf shelves in a hall closet with 16"D custom. That was not done. He left every piece of debris on the job. Including he emptied his butt can into a box he left at my front door with 3 large commercial bags of trash. He threw the rest of the debris from the job over my 6' fence into my back yard where I had work done prior to his being here. I asked for light texture, he put heavy. I had a small patch of bad repair work on the stair wall, now I have a large patch. But it's not so bad that I have to have it redone. there was a problem with the cutout's in some drywall. The cut out was too large for the fixture to sit on the wall. The way he had it it went inside the drywall. He called his dad in for the next 2 days. Truth be told, I like the guy. He did keep his word.
