When I arrived at the home that was to be inspected, the inspector (Andy McGregor) was not yet finished. He continued his inspection and allowed me to take measurements of the rooms, and he also gave his opinion on things that he noticed or that I asked about. Once the inspection was finished, he went over the things that he thought were of the most importance and gave me his opinion on things that weren't necessarily within the scope of his inspection. He was very patient with me and explained anything I needed him to. He worked on the inspection report over the weekend, and e-mailed it to me and my realtor first thing Monday morning. His report was very thorough (38 pages!) and he spelled everything out for me. I enjoyed working with Andy, and I would recommend him to anyone in Lake Charles or the surrounding area.
